Rainy London

Taken 2 years later from the exact same spot by my brother. I like his focus on the rain, but you can still clearly tell what is in the background. This remains his one (and only) great photograph he's taken. I'm convinced he meant to take a picture of Big Ben, and the camera focused on the rain instead. Either way, it's great.
